You may return most new, unopened items purchased from Tamtech Ventilation (Canada) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect item). Opened products will be assessed a 30% re-stocking fee plus additional costs for any damage to returned items.
If you need to return an item, please call customer service at 877-589-0014 to make arrangements. Your refund will will be processed promptly.
The following conditions apply to items returned for repair under the warranty period;
- Proof of purchase is required. Items are subject to inspection and confirmation of warranty status.
- Items damaged due to inadequate packaging materials may be disqualified from warranty.
- Tamarack Technologies will not accept packages returned COD.
- Tamarack Technologies reserves the right to add a handling fee for items returned not covered by warranty or not defective.

We ship to virtually any address in Canada via Canada Post and Fedex.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
